The guy you are comparing yourself to, has at least 10 times more gp than you.
He either has been playing for over 2 years or he bought some Lightspeed bundle.
Obviously you are weak.

Your pictures do not explain anything. There is no way for anyone to know whose roster that is a picture of.
If you are saying that a person with their best character as a g9 dengar is scoring 112M in the sith raid, then it is not a bug. They are using a cheat of some kind. It's been a long time since I played a normal sith raid, so I don't know what a good score is, but if a 1.9M gp account scores 2M, and that account scores 100+M, then they are a cheat. A scan of this kind of thing will happen at some point and they'll get banned.
It's nothing to do with you, or your power, or skill. Just keep working, and don't cheat, or you'll risk losing the account.
