Bugged store on IOS
My store has been bugged in two separate ways for a while now, and I’m trying to figure out if anyone else is dealing with the same thing.
Issue 1: Real-money packs on mobile
Any pack that costs real money (not in-game currency) shows a “Tap for price” button, and when I tap it I get a billing error saying:
“Please ensure you have network connectivity and a valid billing account. You have not been charged.”
I’ve tried basically everything:
- Reinstalling the game
- Removing all payment methods/cards from my phone
- Trying a different Google/Apple account
- Double-checking network and billing settings
Nothing fixes it. The only workaround is playing on my PC through the EA App, where purchases work normally.
Issue 2: Missing crystal packs for Marquee units (Colosseum)
This one is worse because I can’t bypass it. I’m not receiving any of the crystal packs for Marquee units tied to the Colosseum events. Because of this, I already missed out on the Maul event, and I’m really worried this will carry over into the upcoming Andor era.
I’ve been in contact with EA Help for over a week now, and so far there’s been no solution or real progress.
Has anyone else experienced either of these issues? If so, did you find a fix or get any meaningful response from support?
