Buttons Disappeared During GAC

Summarize your bug My ability buttons disappeared during GAC (many people have reported this bug). I have had this bug happen to me before when I was using my old iPad. Ever since I switched to this new one, the game runs smoothly, so I am guessing that the bug is not due to the performance or processing capabilities of my device. I was using my Empire Team vs Grevious Droids Team, when partway through the match the buttons disappeared. Because of the loss my payouts will be affected. I would like to ask for compensation for this bug, the difference would have resulted in 1 Zeta material and 125 Championship Tokens, as well as some mod upgrade components. If you would like to check I have spent a lot of money on this game; such a bug not being fixed by now is disheartening and would make me stop spending more on this product.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hard to replicate, seems random, but many people have already reported and submitted evidence of this bug.
