Cad Bane doesn't give any Thermal Detonators

What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Sony Xperia 5 II

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Cad Bane's payout includes the following sentence: "Inflict Thermal Detonator for 2 turns on attacking enemy when Cad Bane Evades". This doesn't seem to work at all, no matter how many times he evades.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Evade with Cad Bane while his payout is active. This can be most easily done while using Jabba lead in either RotE TB or Smuggler's Run II since these battles are long, and Jabba makes Cad's evasion really high because of mastery increase making him dodge pretty much all attacks when the payout is active.

    Thank you for sharing your findings. We tried to replicate your report on our site, but we couldn't find any problems. Whenever Cad Bane evades or dodges the enemy was inflicted Thermal Detonator.

    Hmm strange. For me it seems very consistent. Especially using Jabba lead, in phase 1 or 2 of RotE on the Jabba mission, or on Smuggler's Run II. See also this other person's complaint here on reddit and the comments under it: https://www.reddit.com/r/SWGalaxyOfHeroes/comments/11r9z3d/cad_banes_payout_doesnt_activate_under_jabbas/ . I will try to make a video of it next time those events are around. It might be that it's only in those events that it happens.

    EDIT: It might actually just be that because the enemies in those event have really high tenacity that they simply resist it. In that case I guess it's not a bug. I'll try to see if I can see it next time

    It seems it was just that they resisted it. So, no bug here
