Summarize your bug Cal Kestis and Fulcrums Omicron are not activating in TW - unless their positional order is set correctly. Cal Kestis needs placed ahead of fulcrum or the omicrons do not activate. Please take a look.

We've tested this, and no matter in what order you place Ahsoka Tano (Fulcrum) and Cal Kestis, the Omicron upgrade activates as intended. Even when Ahsoka is placed before Cal, her "Perseverance" Omicron is working as intended.
