Calactic conquest 19 - double charge for Large galactic cargo

I have been billed for TWO ‘Large galactic cargo’ for Galactic conquest 19. This is confirmed on my credit card and in my purchase history on AppStore. I don’t know how this can actually happen, both technically and legally, and I would ofc like to be reimbursed for one of them. I’m stuck on the chat bot in the in game ‘Help’. How can this be solved?
