iOS user. After splash screen it is trying to download some data. Gets to 25 of 94MB and app crashes. Tried multiple times. Deleted app and reinstalled. Rebooted phone. Tried WiFi and cellular. Worked fine yesterday morning. Stopped working last night.

Hi, I'm on an up-to-date Windows system but haven't been able to access the game for a month now; it gets stuck at 80% during loading. I'm forced to do everything on my phone, but I'm missing out on GAC and Conquest due to timeouts, as well as the PC login bonuses. The company hasn't provided any response or solution. Neglecting players to this extent really makes you wonder!
