I have the same problem just later on and with the great mothers battle

As an update I can’t finish the other track battles either…it seems to be glitched so I can’t progress at all

Same here. Only move that had worked for me is with SEE. Outside of that no one can defeat any enemies. 

Who is SEE?

It’s because you have equipped the Training Droids data disk (purple 1 dot) and haven’t read the description properly. Remove it and you’ll be fine

Remove the training Droid data disk. It'll cost you 7 conquest energy

Open inventory and remove F34T training droid from your inventory and normal service will be resumed

Hey folks, 

Could you double-check if you have the Training Droid data disk equipped? This might be what's getting in the way of your victory here, as enemies can't be reduced below 1% if the leader is there with the Training Droid data disk. Try removing it for the battle as DarjeloSalas​,  x4hdt5n4tmbd​ and JoeyLeRoc​  suggested. Let us know how you get on.

Turns out the bug is just in my brain... -.-'

The only thing that worked for me was Jabba. Once I use his ult to kill the leader it seems to let me kill the rest of the squad, but I can’t do that for every level because of stamina… what move from Sith Eternal kills them?

Did you try removing the Training Droids Data Disk, as the thread has identified?
