It's possible you're sending the code to the wrong account. Make sure you're logged in to the right one on both your device as well as in the web store.

@EA_Aljo Not sure why it would suddenly change on me. My account is connected ingame and I’ve also been doing this for months. It’s now not working anymore so idk how it would just swap accounts.

I know it seems odd, but can you check to make sure? Also, try clearing using an incognito browser to avoid any cookie issues.

I logged in with SWGOH via: Connect/ EA Connect, 4 days ago and I still haven't receved those free chests. I am logget in with the same email for both the game and EA. Can you help me, please?

Can you try logging in through a Chrome browser in incognito mode and let me know if the chest shows up?
