I am trying to login to the ea web store to claim the bonus chests and see if there’s any exclusive web store packs. I have not been able to get in for about a week now. I am getting the code just fine, when I put in the code is when I’m getting the error. I have attached a picture of it. I keep getting an error. Any helping fixing would be appreciated.

I do the same as with the main account, but the error appears every time I try. And I did it on Chrome incognito. I dont no what to do next. Pls help
Community ManagerMake sure you are requesting the code from the other account. If you are requesting the code from the first account, it won't work with the second account.
