Can’t use web store anymore

A couple months ago now the webstore stopped working from my phone. I can go to the site and look at the news and forum but the webstore just comes up to a message wanting me to update my cookie preferences. The first time I got a message saying I could use it from a computer and there was a cell phone app coming soon, but have yet to see anything one way or the other.
