Can’t change reset to 4AM

I’m trying to change my reset time but for some reason 4:00AM isn’t showing as an available option, and it is very much the time I want to use. My current reset time is 6:00PM. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?

*edit* must have been too far from the time of the old reset. Works now
