Summarize your bug Have plenty of gear to craft and equip g12 tactical data for palpatine. Green cross days it’s ready. I even crafted a second one- and still equip button is grey Ed out.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a g12 palpatine? With no g12 pieces. Craft the 2nd one on left- mk12 tactical data. Try and equip it

First you have to craft the gear. For your picture with the arrow, click the green "Craft" button on the right. You cant equip the Tactical Data because currently you don't have one in inventory. Once your craft it, you'll be able to equip it.
