Can’t purchase from store, keeps timing out

Hey,

the last few days I can’t purchase anything from the store. It keeps timing out, I’ve tried wifi at work, home and 4G.... 

I also uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, that didn’t change anything.. this is the first time I’ve ever encountered a issue from the game, I’ve been playing for a few years now

    thanks for the report. Could you provide additional information to your case (a detailed description from what is happening exactly and screenshots if possible)?

     

    Do you try to purchase something and then it doesn’t allow you to or have you even no option to select something for purchase?

    Hey,

    ive attached a screenshot trying to purchase the veteran pack and times out. I close the app try again about several times and nothing happens. I thought this was a server issue but it’s been happening since the end of the JKR event. I can’t purchase packs or crystals

    @EA_Lanna Hey, the store keeps timing out. Keeps happening infrequently.. sometimes it'll take a day or two to come right...... seems to always happen when there's an update
