Cannot Access Game

I am also having the same problem can’t log in to the game gets stuck on main loading screen,

no access to any in game info as no access this is the second time in two day the game is not loading 

when bonus energy comes round

This is the third day now of not being able to get into the app on mobile. It just saying loading cantina in the bottom left and just never loads. Can leave it open for 15min and nothing. Pls help pls fix :/

Hi. after you've resolved the issue will you please issue replacement bonus energy for the energy I wasn't able to claim this morning? Been trying to log in for hours and have now missed the window for the +45energy/cantina/mods ☹️

4th reinstall and the game is working now

I saw the recent post about people being unable to login, and the reply saying things should have been resolved early today https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/SWGOH-is-down/td-p/13686133

but I continue to have issues logging in. I get stuck at the “loading cantina” stage of the login screen. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game from the App Store without success. Anyone else having these issues?

• Hello, because I wasn't able to register in Galaxy of Heroes, I couldn't do my last fight for GA April 29th and so I couldn't get any rewards, which was important. That's why I wanted to ask if it was possible to somehow be compensated for the problem. Best regards

I posted also about the game not loading with time remaining in GAC. I am respectfully asking about compensation for this happening, it affected countless players, all over the world in different tim ezones. It's not acceptable that there is no response at all. This affected rewards and ranking in Kyber. I was going to win, without doubt (10 holds!)
