Cannot claim two completed CX-2 Shard prizes despite having a 7 star CX-2

I have CX-2 at 7 stars but both the 245 shard “Defeat 15 enemies with Clone Troopers” and the 325 shard “Defeat Crosshair (Scarred) with CX-2 present”, despite having been completed, are grayed out and will not allow me to claim them. 
Not sure how to get this resolved as have not had this issue before but was recommended to post the issue on here.
