Cannot connect over cellular on iPhone

For the past few days I have been unable to log into the game while on cellular. I have contacted my service provider (TMobile) and troubleshooted the issue on their end. My data is working fine and not being throttled, so it must be an issue with the game. I have tried reinstalling, power cycled among other steps. 

I have a feeling it is connected to the recent update. Anyone else having this issue?
