Cannot get into game/Google Play

I try to open the game and it asks if I want to play as a guest or connect to Google Play. When I try to connect to my Google Play, I get the Session Ended screen. When I choose reload, I continue the cycle. I've also cleared the cache and deleted the app/reinstalled.
