Cannot login, error 3.0

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? iPhone SE

What type of issue do you have? Network/Connection
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug The game states a problem with the network connection. It says error 3.0
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Looks like a server issue. Connect to help site ends in constantly reloading the page.

I get this screen every time. Clicking on help Leads to a constantly reloaded page.

    This issue is now resolved and you should be able to log in as normal from this point.

    The game crashes any time I try to load it. This is happening during my Fleet Arena climb and will prevent me from earning crystals.

    Same here. Error Code 3.0. Game keeps asking for a restart, and then asks again. And again. And again. Tried restarting both the game and the iPad, and still stuck on restarts.

    I am having the same issue. Tried restarting game, phone, clearing cache, same thing. Help please.
