Cannot recover my ally code

Question

I need help recovering my account.&nbsp; I have my ally code and can see my account through SWGOH.GGIt used to be linked to my FB account, when i try to link FB now it stays on the new account.&nbsp; I have been trying to converse with the in game help but they are useless.&nbsp; It takes them 12-24 hours for a response and they keep asking me to describe my concern over and over again.&nbsp;&nbsp;I need help, how do I recover my original account that I used since launch?&nbsp; the account is 6 million GP, I took some time off and want to return.&nbsp; I cannot fathom starting over again.

@jaypizee did you had any other login method? like google login or webstore?

I never used the webstore.&nbsp; I did have an android as a second phone that i used to use. Do you think that would help recover?&nbsp; I think I also used FB to link there as well.

I am so glad you mentioned google.&nbsp; I was able to get into my old account on my google account through android device.&nbsp; Do you know if there is a way to login to that account through my iphone now?&nbsp;&nbsp;

@jaypizeeyes thats why i asked.Go to your old Android/Google phone and dosettings -&gt; connect -&gt; facebook -&gt; this is the old devicethat will link your facebook to this account.theb go to your iOS and dosettings -&gt; connect -&gt; facebook -&gt; this is the new devicethis will bring your account to your iOS
