Cannot Unlink EA Account or use Webstore (Errorcode 9)

It is not possible for me to unlink my EA Account anymore. Whenever i try i get prompted with error 9. The ingame support could not help me so far. I initally linked my swgoh account with google play only, so it should be possible to unlink EA Account. Whenever i try to access the webstore i get stuck in an infinite retry loop.
