Can't change accounts on Google play

I am playing on android and I can't seem to change accounts. I log out as before and click sign in but I am never given the option to pick on which Google play account. I am locked out of two account...

    Holotable Heroes! The way you switch accounts has now changed. Here are the new ways to do it:

    • Switch you account via the google Play App before launching the game
    • Tap and hold on the SWGOH icon and then choose the Google Play Games Profile/account you want to login to

    That should let you switch accounts again

Two days and no resolution for switching accounts in game. Need a fix. Raid, TW, events all being missed on this issue. How long is this going to take?!

Same. Seems CG are deaf! Hundreds of comments the last 24 hrs and yet no comms from them what so ever
