Cant claim daily rewards

Can't claim daily rewards, it says its been sent to my inbox but it hasn't now the time has ticked over reset and even though I completed all the Missions I couldn't claim the daily chest, if anyone has experienced this will this continue to be a future issue or is it a one off thing.
