Can't claim final character quest for CX-2

I have 330 character shards, but it won't let me claim the character quest that require just 325.

There is definitely a problem with the interconnection between CX-2 and Appo. Finally collected the reward for 245 CX-2 shards, right after I had accumulated 257 Appo shards.
