Cant complete Promote Ashoka Tano 2 stars reward

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I couldn't save my ticket for some reason, so i decided to post here. I loaded in a game a couple of days ago, and was retroactively granted with a bunch of quests rewards. For some reason, the promotion quest for Ahsoka Tano (Promote Ahsoka Tano to 2 stars) cannot be completed, despite already having this character at 7 stars already. I believe i had Ahsoka Tano at 7 stars before that quest was added into the game.
