Can't find bronzium data card in store...at all

I started playing about 3 weeks ago and didn't realize there's such a thing as a bronzium data card that people collect daily until today when the friend who introduced me to the game saw my screen share on discord.  Is it in a different place (i.e. not the store) for new accounts or for Japanese accounts or is it just a bug? Thanks in advance.
