Can't find old player ID!!

So, basically I was unable to access the 'quests' tab in the game for over a day. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app. After doing this, I came to find out all of my progress had been lost. I thought I was playing on my Google account as I had made multiple purchases in the game (over $120!).  I am hoping you can find my previous player ID (username: brockolee) or, if this isn't an option could I at the very least please be credited with the amount of crystals I've purchased on the account.
