Can't get into the game -- "There is a new client available"

Platform:Android Phone

What type of issue do you have? Other
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I Can't get into the game. After having updated the game in my device(s), everytime I log in I get the message "There is a new client available". I've tried uninstalling and still have the same message. Also tried on another device and get the same error. This seems to be Accoun related
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don't think you can... seems to be related with my account.

I Can't get into the game.
After having updated the game in my device(s), everytime I log in I get the message "There is a new client available".
I've tried uninstalling and still have the same message.
Also tried on another device and get the same error.
This seems to be Account related

    We have had reports from players in the past that changing your device language to match the region of the store can solve the issue for you.

    For example, if your store is in France, change the device language to French.

  • Same issue here. Changing tge system language of your device to Spanish or any other language other tgan English seems to work.

    Same issue on my side. Saw from a previous post that there might be a workaround by changing the system's language but it can't be the only solution.

    Help us EA Support, you're our only hope

    (will there be any sort of compensation for the rewards lost in the meanwhile?)

    @EA_UltraSlide Surely there must be another fix other than changing my device's language.. I don't use this device just for swgoh and I would rather uninstall than doing that.

    Considering this is a recorrent error, how come there isn't already a solution (or a timeline for a solution) on your end?

    I'm sorry but forcing users to use their phone in a language determined by the location or the region of the Play Store is not acceptable. In the place I live there's at least 3, sometimes 4 different languages that I use frequently, and I don't want to be forced to configure my device in one of them only to play a mobile game. I have been playing for more than 5 years and this clearly qualifies as a bug.
