Cant import my old account error 9.0

 I decided I wanted to get back into SWGOH after a while. I installed SWGOH on a new phone (IP 17 Pro Max) and I can't import my old account, error 9.0. I've tried reinstalling, deleting the app's cache, turning the phone off and on, and making sure I have fast internet. I can't find a solution online either. Has anyone had this problem and solved it? Or know how to fix it? Thanks in advance.
