Can't level up characters abilities
For some reason I just can't seem to upgrade my strongest characters abilities, even though I have all the required items, here are some of the ones I have problems with, hope somebody can help me out

Try to scroll down on the required material. From level 3 abilities onward they require a few Tier 3 Ability Mats I believe.
