Can't log in my account SWGOH and need help (EDIT)
Hi !
First, sry of this thread is inconvenient or misplaced, I do this as a last resort to search for help in SWGOH.
Situation : a friend of mine linked is SWGOH account on my GooglePlay by mistake, so I can't log into my session till last Friday.
Breaking that link is still complicated even with Google Support help (still failing after 4 hours...) so I woud just want to link my SWGOH in-game account to my second and other GooglePlay account (if you need to ban the first one for privacy matter, I reaaly don't care)
Real and boring issue : I have contacted EA SWGOH support third times and each time, I spent one hour just to be told " We can't do anything because there is nothing wrong with your EA account. " And I agree, all of this is about my SWGOH account.
Knowing that, I've been told twice to contact the support for the Game Star Wars : The Old Republic...
I said "that's not the same game" then, I heard : "it's still Star Wars".
With that specific support :
- chat option is impossible :
- phone call is impossible (way too expensive from New Caledonia) ;
- mail : I already sent a mail last friday and still had no answer from EA Service despite "answer under 72 h".
Please, can someone (player, moderator, Ea helper on SWGOH) help and give me a proper way to fix this ?
I've already contacted SWGOH support by the past three times and have been helped quicky and efficiently so I know there are people who can do it.
May someone guide me to the appropiated service ?
Opening cases again and again is still taking some people's time for "nothing", their time is simply lost, and I get the same answer again and again.
I don't want to offense anyone, I'm patient but using that topic is one of the only way I had know.

EDIT : exchanges began by two mails (one mail per day) with two cooperative people. Then, the third day, a third one person closed the case telling me to join EA support to chat, giving me a broken link....
Please, read my case, this person make me losing 3 days trying to solve my issue and spoiling his colleagues efforts...
