Can't log in to SWGOH (10/04/22)

Hello,

It's been a week and I can't log in to SWGOH. It's stuck on the "Check your internet connection" page, there's no gear or option menu to select. 

I've changed my phone but it was working on the new one, but not since I have changed my google account password. 

Actually, I have to play on bluestack on computer...

My ally code is : 364-299-143

I tried a lot of things : 

- clear my phone's memory + game cache.

- uninstall/reinstall the game many times.

- disconnect the game from my account on the Google Play App (and setup as "ask me an account", still nothing).

- My phone is updated, the game is updated too.

- I have enough storage.

- My internet connection is fine, both data and wifi.

- I synchronized my google play account + SWGOH.

    The usually in-game route won't work while you can't log into the account. So I'd recommend setting up a help ticket by going to the EA Help site and opening up a case by clicking 'Contact Us' and filling out the case categories. Once the categories have been filled out, it will ask you to select a contact option from the options that display and share a text box for any additional information. In there try to add your Ally Code or Player ID (hopefully you've saved those details somewhere beforehand). The support team may need this to pull up your SWGOH account.
