Yes, but i don't think what we're seeing here is a server issue.. This is a failure of the application itself, to connect to the google play games service. It appears to be a bug in the program itself. From what i can glean from searches on this issue, it happens from time to time, usually after an update to the game.. That tells me that the dev team keeps making the same mistake...i'm sure it will eventually get fixed, but it shouldn't be happening in the first place. Screw up once: ok, fine, we're only human...screw up the same thing repeatedly: maybe pumping diesel is more your speed..
Affected as well after an app crash.. can't log back in to google play. No app troubleshooting on google play, google play games or swgoh have resolved..
Suddenly having the same issue tonight on 1 Google account. All other accounts are logging in just fine and that 1 will work on all other games
Just came back from not playing the game for 6 months and am having the same problem. Did everything the fix it article mentioned. Nothing is working.
Same issue, tried to log in to another phone i had, did not help me at all.
Anyone heard anything back on this? Still locked out and I've heard nothing back from support since the initial conversation
My guess is that since it's the weekend, it won't be addressed until at least tomorrow.
