CAN'T LOGIN - STUCK AT LOADING CANTINA

I've been playing this game since it came out. Fix it or refund every single dime I've put into it. 

May the Fourth, and I can't play my Star Wars game. Bang up job, guys.

I’ve been stuck for around 5 hours not being able to get in luckily I haven’t missed any energy yet but will be missing it soon as well as the double drops I hope this is resolved quickly 

I’ve been stuck at the loading screen all day, game won’t load on iPhone and IPad, missed refreshes and arenas now, double drops etc, not happy!

I think the issue is with game centre, as if I sign out the game loads but starts at lvl 1, when I sign back in game won’t load

same issue here. I play on Iphone last version of IOS 14.5.1, tried both  on wifi and 4G,  since the last update yesterday night, I can't start the game (stuck at loading cantina) except when I use Game Center login but then I start from sratch because game center was not activated when I first installed the game and created account. I called support waiting for their instructions. Ally code : 941-238-114

Gotta wonder how much revenue they're losing right now, and how much more they're going to lose when they have to refund the hundreds of dollars eah of us has put into this game over the years. If someone doesn't get fired over this, I will be very disappointed.
