Can't login to swgoh webstore even after support help

Hey,

Since couple months i can't login to https://store.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/ 

After i verify code on https://store.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/ which one i get on email, it gives me all the time same issue - added picture to check it out.

I contacted support to help me, tried everything they suggested but still didnt work for me. There is a list of things support wanted me to do:

1. Change web browser - tried on phone 2 different and on PC chrome/ms edge.

2. Change password,

3. Change email,

4. Login Verification turn on,

6. Generated code by support - but it was to long so it didn't work anyway (i told support its to long).

I am writing this post, because support asked me to do it. Anyone had same issue and already know how to fix it so i can comeback to support with explanation? Or it doesn't work like that?

    Thanks for creating this thread. I'm afraid the board you've shared this on is supported in Polish, so this won't get much response if it remains over there.     Getting error too. 
    Reset password, Changed email, the works, nothing fixed it. Submitted maybe 4 tickets in the past year, Support has not helped. Web support sent me to in game support and viceversa.

    its starting to get really annoying 

    please help me
