Can't make Gear Requests

Summarize your bug Anytime I make a gear request, it will give me the circle of death and not do anything.

For the past few days I have been unable to make gear requests. When I select it, i will get the circle of death, and I have to restart the game to proceed. Anyone else having this issue?
- Had this issue, but there was an update in the app store that fixed it for me.
