Cant play Grand Arena with level 85

Its the third Grad Arena season now where i cant play. it says it will start in 1 day etc. and after there just stands "no active event in the moment". Then i have to wait 30 days to get the same issue again. But why? Im level 85 since march 2020 and could play it every time, but since 2 months i cant play grad arena.
