We fixed your account manually and can see that you are back in the game, great stuff!
- @EA_HighCommand I cannot get into the game, therefore I can’t get my ally code. I’m in a guild by myself. I would’ve thought having the game linked to your Google Play account would be sufficient but I guess not,
- @CrumblingWorld check your swgoh.gg account info or ask a guildmate to check on your in game profile, it's on the bottom
- @looben I don’t have a swgoh.gg account and I’m in a guild by myself. The few times I was in a guild, the only interaction was in game and not on something like discord or line.

- EA_HighCommand@mbigos Unfortunately, that is very unspecific and not really helpful. Why exactly is it that you can't login?
- EA_HighCommand@AGuyWithAKnife4 That is something else entirely. Try switching connections from WiFi to cellular (or the other way around) and make sure you have enough space on your device.
- @EA_HighCommand It says new client available I download that and open and then I get frozen on checking for updates I’ve got lots of space and I tried both Wi-Fi and cellular settings

We've checked your account and can see activity on it. Not sure what your issue was/is exactly.Thanks. Think it was the championship round issue that picked me out. Able to log I. After round expired.
