I had this exact same problem with the Raddus LSB. When I clicked to purchase, the pending circle appeared, and the purchase screen never showed up. Instead, it said something along the lines of "Taking too long to purchase. You have not been charged." (message was a little longer than that, but that was the jist). So, I tried again immediately after, since occasionaly that does happen. The new message said "Someone else has purchased this for you, so you are inelligible to buy. Please check your inbox." Nobody purchased this for me. I am in an inactive guild, and don't know anyone. And there's nothing in my inbox. Really frustrating. Been waiting for awhile to give my money to CG for the Raddus and Starkiller bundles, and last week was gifting only, now this. Hoping this is fixed quickly so I can purchase.
