Summarize your bug I cannot purchase any more refreshes for Discarded Doctrine. I am currently at 50/100 Blueprints but the event button says completed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know

I have the crystals to bring Executor to 7 Stars but the game will not refresh the event. I need to complete 5 more battles for 7 stars. The event ends in 11 hours so this is time sensitive.

To the best of my knowledge, the event can only be refreshed a maximum of 19 times. This is the "norm" on the Mastery events.
Those with 7* Executors got the last 50 shards from the store pack.
