Can't sign into account.

Hello, I currently made a new EA account to make another SWGOH. Now I try to log back into my old account and I cannot. It gives me the Error Code 9. I have tried EA help 5 times, and they do not help, talked to AI and humans, not result. I have had this account since 2017. My internet connection is fine, and can log into my back up account but not my main. Please help.
