Can't use EA connect in app

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Phone
OS Version iOS 17.2.1
Ally Code: 742-816-881
What type of issue do you have? Other
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I have been trying to connect my account to the web store however it always shows "There was an Error, please try again" I get to the email login, and then the code send, and then after i send the code and return to game the error pops up every time
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, i guess i can screen record it and show it here
Connection Type WiFi
Please select your region North America
Country United States of America

p.s. if you need any more info let me know, I copy/pasted this format from someone else and I hope its enough information, thanks for any help in advance :D

  • @FlayzFire This usually happens if your account is underage/minor .

    If that is by mistake and you are an adult, please cobtact EA Help ingame to chabge your age.

    Are you sure?I have the exact same issue, but i can connect facebook and look at guild chat so my account shouldnt be underage

    @IceC0baltim not sure of course. its anassumption. You should contact EA Help too.

    Some features may be available with the age of 16. Some others like EA Connect need you to be 18

  • @FlayzFire It sounds like there is an issue with your EA Account. It is either deactivated or banned. Have you tried to reset the password of the EA account first?
