Captian Phasma
I collected Phasma (now 4stars, gear lvl 5 and lvl 48) but he doesn't give me bonus attack and on the botton right corner doesn't show me the 'fire at will' what should I do?

Make Phasma your leader.
Make sure she (it is a she, not a he) has her Leader ability leveled and unlocked.
As far as bonus attacks go, you won't see them all that often. Of course, you should see them sometimes, but you could very easily have a battle and never see the bonus attacks. (Assuming you don't use First Order teammates.)
