Hello,
I’ve been waiting for several days for a response from EA Support regarding an issue I reported in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. The case status changed from "New" to "In Progress", but I haven’t received any update, resolution, or compensation for the time lost.
I already submitted a support ticket through the official EA Help portal, but there’s been no progress. I would appreciate if a moderator or EA staff member could review my case or escalate it if necessary.
This situation is affecting my gameplay experience, and I believe a fair compensation is warranted due to the delay.
