    I am having this problem as well. Cassian's u-wing does not counter when Avoid Contact is at level 8. I have had him counter at level 7 and below and if he has retribution on him. However, I have used him 100's of times now at level 8 and he has never counter once. That is a bug and please fix it.

      I have been experiencing the same thing once ability is level 8.
