I can try with mine, but the battle is usually over before I need to call in a reinforcement.
So I slowed it down and it does say dodged. So either it's doing 2 separate attacks for some reason or its some other bug, but I've seen it fairly often and it never evades tenacity down and inflicts target lock. It's always target lock that is evaded.
