CG took my money for the episode pass + and didn’t give me access till after the marquee event week. I requested compensation for this by adding the 30 of the character shards I missed out on or 5999...

There is no one from EA / CG on these forums. Federal Trade Commission for a federal complaint and lodge a state level complaint using the California Attorney General. You can also use your bank or app to get your money back for whatever error occurred.
