Change email address associated with my SWGOH account

Hello;

I was looking for some help on how to change the email address my SWGOH account is linked to.  That email address is over-run with spam and other crap messages, so I am looking to just fully delete that email address. But since my SWGOH account is linked to it, I can't delete the email account yet.

I already created a new email address I'd like to use, and I created an EA Connect account using the new email address I just created.  I just need help migrating/transferring my game progress to this newly created email address.

Any assistance would be very much appreciated!
