Changed the Time Setting and Payouts are 11 hours off from what the UI shows

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Changed my time setting from the Default 12:00 AM to 9 PM. Which should have put my Arena/Fleet payouts at 3 PM and 4 PM. The UI DOES show that to be the time. However, my payout is actually 2 AM / 3 AM. My timezone is EST and when I made the change my original daily reset was Midnight (12:00 AM EST).
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Change the time settings

Changed my time setting from the Default 12:00 AM to 9 PM. Which should have put my Arena/Fleet payouts at 3 PM and 4 PM. The UI DOES show that to be the time. However, my payout is actually 2 AM / 3 AM. My timezone is EST and when I made the change my original daily reset was Midnight (12:00 AM EST). I've attached two images to showcase the UI and actual payouts (Taken around 3:28 PM EST)

    Reset my time again and still put me at the WRONG time. Please can someone just set me to payouts of 3 PM / 4 PM EST. That's ALL I WANT. Or reset my count on more time and find out what's causing the bug. I checked the time on my phone and it was set correctly.

    Another issue surfaced where all my cooldowns are showing they won't reset for 26 or 23 hours. This is after trying to set the time to 1 PM / 2 PM EST to try get a semblance of a decent time for me again. However, as stated prior, didn't work and now my stores may be stuck for an entire day or more. Which if that doesn't reset, I won't be able to purchase anything for more than a day.

    Still sitting at 17 and 14 hours for my stores resets. The dailies reset, but my energy refreshes/GW/Challenges have not and I didn't get my next daily rewards.

    Now I am getting the Daily Login screen all greyed out.

    Has it fixed it’s self ? I am having same issue change by 2 hours looks like 36hr can’t do anything

    The reset finally counted down and everything is back in order now that we're in February. However, still stuck on the wrong times. ☹️

    Thank you for that link! However, my original time was EST so my full reset was Midnight EST. When I changed again it just put me two hours earlier (from 11 to 9), but still not the correct time for the device I was on or my original time zone.
