Character pack purchase error

I purchased the 100 character shard pack (shortly after purchasing the 30 pack) when I got an error message. It popped up quickly then crashed the game. When I logged back in, I had 11,500 crystals and no character shards. Do I need to have my CC company decline payment so I can make the purchase again? Crystals are a nice gesture, but won't get me 100 character shards.
